Account
How do I change my username, name, or photo?
Open the app, tap the gear icon at the top right of your profile, then tap Edit profile. Username changes take effect immediately.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, stories, messages, and events. Some records may be retained briefly for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then deleted within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
I forgot my password / can't log in.
If you signed in with Apple, recover access through your Apple ID. If you signed up with email, tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen — we'll email you a reset link. Still stuck? Email us.
Listed Access subscription
What does Listed Access include?
Listed Access is a US$9.99/month subscription that unlocks the blue verified badge and the digital membership card with a rotating QR for entry at participating events.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, go to Settings → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Listed Access → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period; you won't be charged again. You can also visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions on the web.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Where required by law, you may have additional refund rights.
I got charged after I canceled.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you're not refunded for the current period. If you were charged after cancellation, contact Apple through the refund link above.
Content + moderation
Why was my post / story / comment removed?
Public content on Listed is reviewed by an automated moderator. If your content was removed, you should have received a notification with a brief reason. Open the notification to see the snapshot of what was removed.
How do I appeal?
Tap the notification labeled Content removed in your notifications. On the removed-content screen tap Appeal. Appeals are reviewed by a human and the content is restored if the original removal was incorrect.
How do I report someone's content?
Tap the three-dot menu on any post, story, comment, or profile, then tap Report. Reports are reviewed and we'll take action if the content violates our community rules.
How do I block someone?
Open their profile, tap the three-dot menu, then tap Block. Blocked users can't see your content or message you, and you won't see theirs.
Events + tickets
How do refunds work for paid events?
Paid event refunds are at the host's discretion. Contact the host directly through the message thread for that event. If the host cancels the event, refunds are typically issued through Stripe and you'll see the credit on your card within a few business days.
I bought a ticket but didn't get a QR code.
Your ticket QR is in Wallet → Tickets. If you don't see it, make sure the payment went through (check the event in your notifications), and pull to refresh. If it's still missing, email us with the event name and the date you paid.
Privacy + safety
Who can see my location?
Only the people you explicitly start sharing your live location with. You can stop sharing at any time from inside the conversation.
How do I turn off notifications for one thing?
Settings → Notifications in the app has granular toggles for each notification type (follows, likes, comments, events, etc.). To turn off everything at once, use your device's OS-level notification settings.
